Our jewelry is handcrafted and personalized just for you, some designs are not eligible for returns. Customers are encouraged to wipe all metals down with a soft cloth upon removal each day/night.  Remember to store in jewelry bag.  

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for them. If any items are returned the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
